Curbside Service

After claiming your luggage call 1-800-463-9328 for instructions on how to meet your driver, and the vehicle description.
We also have a text feature that is automated. When your driver arrives at the destination, the status changes and sends the cell phone on file an automated text. This gives you pertinent information, allowing you to contact the driver with a click on the link.

Meet and Greet Service

If this type of service has been reserved, your driver will meet at the bottom of the escalator or in the baggage claim area-depending on the airport layout.

Our dispatcher will be monitoring your flight for it's accurate arrival time. Call within 1/2 hour after your plane lands if you encounter luggage delays.
Should your flight information or itinerary change, or your arrival into Ontario International Airport change,
please notify us immediately by calling the above toll-free number. We require 24-hour advanced notice on all cancellations. 
Note: Failure to notify us of flight information changes, failure to inform us of a cancellation without at least 24 hours advanced notice, providing us with incorrect information, or failure to not give 24 hours advance cancellation will warrant us billing you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

"For quite some time, I have booked your car service-without a hitch. This last time, I must admit, I was tempted by an incentive with a big national firm. Although in hindsight, your costs are actually less when considering surge pricing and all that they add on. Irregardless, my experience with them was not a good one. I had a critical flight out of Los Angeles, that I needed to catch. I booked this other car service. (not being able to confirm the rate prior to booking). The driver arrived, wearing shorts and tennis shoes. The first of many Red flags. He had a very small car-he glanced at my two suitcases and asked where I was going. I explained that I was flying out of LAX. He shook his head no and told me "I do not go to LAX". As he left, I became panicked. Full of regret. I turned on the app and ordered another car. 20 Minutes later, I finally see the driver. This car, again was very small. This driver again was dressed in a T shirt and jeans. He took me to LAX and did not even get out of the car at the curb. He popped the trunk and I got my own luggage out by myself. I was now running very late. International flights are very costly and I did not want to miss this one. When I arrived at the gate, they were calling final boarding. I was relieved. Looking back, I compared my experience with your company. Never have I had such an experience with your staff. To top it off, I was charged for both drivers by the other company. I am still trying to get a refund for service they refused to provide! Again, never happened with your company. I am letting you know that I am very pleased with your services. Your company and the way it is managed is beyond compare. I really appreciate all that you do. I learned my lesson. Bigger is not necessarily better. Years of experience is!"
